Bricklayer AI is proud to announce the appointment of Stu Solomon, Chief Executive Officer of HUMAN, to its Board of Directors. Stu brings decades of leadership across cybersecurity, intelligence, and national defense that will help Bricklayer continue to scale its agentic cybersecurity platform for security operations centers.
Stu currently serves as CEO of HUMAN, where he leads the company’s mission to protect the integrity of the digital world by ensuring that every interaction, transaction, and signal can be trusted. This focus on trust and transparency closely mirrors Bricklayer AI’s own mission: enabling humans and AI agents to work together securely, transparently, and seamlessly.
Prior to HUMAN, Stu was President of Recorded Future, the leading intelligence provider acquired by Mastercard, where he helped guide the company through a period of significant growth and enterprise adoption. His career also includes senior executive and C-suite leadership roles at Optiv (acquired by KKR), iSIGHT Partners (acquired by FireEye), and Bank of America. In addition, Stu is a seasoned board member and investor across the security landscape, giving him unique, deep industry insights and client intimacy.
Stu’s leadership also extends well beyond the private sector. A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and the Rutgers School of Law, he continues to serve as a Brigadier General in the U.S. Air Force, currently Commanding the Delaware Air National Guard as Assistant Adjutant General – Air. Over more than 30 years of active duty and reserve service, he has honed a mission-driven mindset grounded in accountability and operational discipline – values deeply aligned with both HUMAN’s and Bricklayer AI’s core values.
