Bricklayer AI, the Agentic Cybersecurity Platform built for AI-first Security Operations, has made a bold investment: they have hired Norman Currie as Head of Customer and Partner Experience. This marks Bricklayer’s first executive hire outside of engineering.
While most AI companies either provide no support or act like an outsourced services team, Bricklayer is doing neither. Bricklayer is building AI that actually grows with their customers: an agentic platform where security teams build and scale their own AI agent teams, supported by a team who is invested in their success every step of the way.
“Norman is an absolute force,” said Adam Vincent, CEO of Bricklayer AI. “His unique background and passion for security paired with his vision for the future of how customers will interact with AI makes him the perfect fit for Bricklayer.
He’s not here to simply run customer support – he’s here to revolutionize and architect an entirely new customer and partner experience. Our customers’ experience isn’t just a department at Bricklayer. It’s a strategy, it’s a passion, it’s the key to growth. Norman’s leadership is key to making this happen, and we are excited to have him on board.”
